Automobile Association of Singapore (“AA”) held its extraordinary general meeting for the y ear 2013 (“EGM”) at Level 2, Copthorne King's Hotel Singapore, 40 3 Havelock Road, Singapore, 169632 on 9 January 2013 at 6.30 p.m.

The EGM was convened as a physical meeting by the General Committee of the AA and chaired by Mr. Bernard Tay, the President of the General Co mmittee. The EGM was convened and held in compliance with the requirements of the Constitutio n of the AA. According to the requirements of the Constitution of the AA, Members who were eligib le to vote were provided with voting cards to participate at the EGM. Representatives from the Auditors, Lo Hock Ling & Co, were also present at the EGM.

The resolution to dispose of the strata lots in the AA Centre owned by the AA was considered and approved at the EGM by way of poll by a 2/3 majority of the Members of the AA present and voting in accordance with the Constitution of the AA.
