Course outline

\n* Why accidents happen
\n* Managing your environment, vehicle, speed and safe distance
\n* Managing your concentration and fatigue levels
\n* Use of technology for vehicle safety
\nDiverse training resources are adopted and include:
\n* Simulation software showing over 50 different driving situations and critical events that may lead to a vehicular crash
\n* On-board camera videos of real-life crashes and near-misses
\n* Compelling mini-documentary about a driver\u2019s personal experience in a fatal crash
\n* Short video clips on individual topics<\/p>\n

\n* Raise driver risk awareness on the consequences of unsafe driving behaviours
\n* Encourage self-observation and promote learning opportunities
\n* Improve road safety best practices among commercial drivers
