Terms and Conditions

1. The registration fee for the Virtual Cycling event is free and open to individuals aged 18 years old and above. AA reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reason or prior notice.

2. The deadline for registration is by 11 Apr 2024.

3. Registration is deemed complete upon submission of completed registration form. A confirmation email will be sent to the participant’s email address.

4. Participants are to update their mileages (can be multiple submissions) by 15 Apr 2024,
12pm.

5. The lucky draw will be conducted and announced within 1 month after event ended.

6. The top 20 mileage winners and lucky draw winners will be notified by email on the collection of prizes at 2 Kung Chong Road AA Centre Singapore 159140 by 31 May 2024.

7. AA Singapore reserves the right to change the gift.

8. This lucky draw is organised by AA Singapore. Organising committees, employees and partners of AA Singapore engaged in connection with the development or operation of the lucky draw are not eligible to enter the lucky draw.

9. It is the responsibility of participants to certify themselves fit for the Event. The Participant shall not hold AA responsible or liable for any death or injury, loss or damage, sustained or suffered as a result of his participation.

10. AA will not be responsible for any dispute arising from incomplete or incorrect information submitted by participants.

11. AA reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notification.

12. AA reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time without prior notice. AA shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.

13. AA’s decision is final and hereby irrevocably released from all or any liabilities and NO further/other claims against AA (and/or any of its officers and employees) arising out of the Agreement shall be entertained.

14. By registering for the Event, participants are deemed to have agreed to the following:

15. Providing true, accurate, current, and complete information about the Participant d in the registration form (the “Registration Data”); and (ii) maintaining and promptly update the Registration Data to ensure it accuracy.

16. Participants(s) are deemed to have given their consent for the collection and use of information for the purpose of organising AA virtual cycling event and for such use under the Personal Data Protection Act.

17. Participants are considered to have given their consent to receive information from AA about related promotions and Event updates via SMS and Email.
