By registering for the Overseas Safe Driving Forum 2018, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the event.
Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
The Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) governs the collection, use, disclosure and care of individuals’ personal data, which may include photos and mentions in publicity materials including social media.
By submitting your registration, you agree to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data and information for the purpose of administering and managing your registration for the event, including having photographs and videos taken by AA, others on behalf of AA and third parties during this event for use in publicity for campaign events and activities, promotional materials, publications or media including social media and other related purposes.
Fees
All fees become payable at the time of registration for the OSDF 2023. If the fee remains unpaid at time of event, you may be denied entry with no reduction in your liability to pay the fee.
Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Changes to Content
AA is entitled to alter the dates, times, programme or speakers of the OSDF 2023 at any time and will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such changes.
