NEW MEMBERSHIP NUMBER IN PLACE OF NRIC 
As part of our commitment to protect members' data and in compliance with the new regulations under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), your existing AA card has been replaced by the new AA Membership e-card that displays your new Membership Number in place of your NRIC. 
Your existing AA card will cease to be valid.

The e-card is accessible via the free AA Singapore app--a one-stop solution for your motoring needs--that is available for download from the Google Play Store (Android devices) and the Apple App Store (iPhone users). Your new Membership Number is required in order to log in. You may either tap 'Forgot Your Membership No." or contact us to retrieve your new Membership Number to proceed with login. An official letter will also be sent to members in phases to inform you of your new Membership Number.

What is the AA Membership e-card?

With effect from 1 March 2019, AA Membership e-cards will be used in place of physical cards.

You can access your AA Membership e-card via the AA Singapore app from 1 March 2019.

I already have an AA Membership card. Is there any difference between the current card and the new e-card?

The e-card is introduced to bring greater convenience to our AA Members. With the e-card, AA Members can enjoy all of AA’s benefits, discounts and privileges anytime, anywhere, locally and overseas without worrying about misplacing the card.

As part of our commitment to protect our members’ data and in line with the new regulations under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we will cease the use of the old membership card which reflects your NRIC by 31 August 2019.

AA Members will need to access their new AA Membership e-card via the AA Singapore app and discard the old AA Card in a secured manner.

The AA e-card can be accessed from 1 March 2019 onwards.

Does it mean that my current AA Membership Card will be invalid after the implementation of the e-card on 1 March 2019?

As part of our commitment to protect our members’ data and in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we will cease the use of the old membership card which reflects your NRIC by 31 August 2019. Your current AA Membership card shall be valid until then.

However, we would encourage you to access the new AA Membership e-card from 1 March 2019 onwards to start enjoying greater convenience and benefits sooner.

Once you have successfully accessed your e-card, please cut your old AA card in half and dispose of them straight away to protect your personal information.      

I’m an existing AA Member. How do I get my AA Membership e-card?

You can access your e-card using your new membership number from 1 March 2019 via the AA Singapore app.

Existing Members will be informed of their new membership number via mail between March to May 2019.

I have successfully accessed my AA Membership e-card. What should I do with my current AA Membership card?

For your security, please cut the old AA card in half and dispose of them straight away.

I just applied for an AA Membership. Can I access my AA Membership e-card immediately?

Once your membership has been processed, you will receive a letter containing your new membership number. After which, you will be able to use your new membership number to access your AA Membership e-card through the AA Singapore app.

I have downloaded the AA Singapore app but do not see my e-card anywhere.

You may be using an older version of the AA Singapore app. Please update your app to the latest version to access your e-card. 

I forgot my new membership number. How can I retrieve it?

You can retrieve your new membership number from the AA Singapore app. Just click “Forgot my membership number” at the log-in page.

Please input your ‘NRIC’,mobile number’ and ‘postal code’ into the three-step verification fields as per your last updated records with us.

Note: Please ensure that your particulars are up to date.

Once verified, you will be able to see your new membership number in the Membership e-card page.

I prefer using a physical card over a digital card. Can I still use my old AA Membership card?

No, we will cease the use of the old membership card which reflects your NRIC by 31 August 2019.

With effect from 1 March 2019, the AA card will be in digital format and members can access their AA Membership e-card via the free AA Singapore app at no cost.

The e-card aims to provide greater convenience. With it, AA Members can enjoy the full range of AA benefits anytime, anywhere, locally and overseas without worrying about misplacing the card.

As an added benefit, you may choose to purchase a personalised AA Membership NETS FlashPay card at a fee of $5.35 (Note: The card’s stored value will be $0). The NETS Flashpay card will be available for purchase soon. 

The AA Membership NETS FlashPay card will allow you to enjoy the same fantastic membership privileges, and you may use it for your daily transport and retail needs, including payment for public transport, shopping, ERP and CEPAS-compliant carpark charges.

I am going to be a Life Member soon. Will you still issue the AA Life Membership card to me?

With effect from 1 March 2019, all AA Membership cards will be digital. Please access your e-card via the AA Singapore app on your smartphone. Upon attaining your Life Membership status, a notification letter will be sent to you and your membership status on your e-card will be updated accordingly.

I have paid for my membership. Why do I still have to pay for a physical AA Membership card?

With effect from 1 March 2019, the AA Membership card will be digital and we will no longer issue physical cards by default. Members can access their AA Membership e-card via the AA Singapore app at no cost.

As an added benefit, AA Members may choose to purchase a personalised AA Membership NETS FlashPay card at a fee of $5.35 (Note: The card’s stored value will be $0). The NETS Flashpay card will be available for purchase soon.

The AA Membership NETS FlashPay card will allow you to enjoy the same fantastic membership privileges, and you may use it for your daily transport and retail needs, including payment for public transport, shopping, ERP and CEPAS-compliant carpark charges.

In the absence of a physical card, do I still need to submit a photograph to process my membership?

No, you do not need to submit a photograph.  

Do I need to show my AA Membership e-card when I call for roadside assistance service?

Yes, the service policy governing the use of your AA Membership still applies. Your e-card is personal and non-transferable. You are required to show your e-card to our recovery crew for verification upon their arrival before service can be rendered.

You may also be required to produce your Driving Licence or NRIC for additional verification if needed.

Can I still enjoy discounts at Caltex petrol stations in Singapore with the new AA Membership e-card?

Yes, simply flash your e-card at any Caltex petrol stations in Singapore to enjoy the discount.
