  1. Am I chargeable for the service as a AA Member?
    – Yes, services are chargeable except accident concierge service exclusively for AAS-IA motor insurance policy holders.
  2. Is the Malaysian provider reliable?
    – AA is working with the largest RAS provider that has coverage in the whole West Malaysia through their own fleet as well as appointed sub-contractors.  All RAS jobs are tracked and recorded.  You will receive a Whatsapp link that provide you with details of the RAS.
  3. What is the coverage of RAS and working hours?
    – RAS covers the entirety of West Malaysia mainland.  We operate on a 24/7 basis so that you will get RAS support whenever wherever you travel in West Malaysia for the added assurance.
